Stirling/Brown is a professional design firm offering services in architecture, historic renovation/restoration, interior design and space planning for institutional, commercial, hospitality and residential clients. David W. Stirling, AIA, co-founder, has over 37 years of professional experience covering a broad range of building types. He was Project Architect for the 2002/2003 PBS broadcast of the This Old House program featuring the renovation of a 1922 Winchester colonial revival home. He was the architect for a 2002 Boston area home renovation and addition project featured on the program Before and After (Episode BAA-608) broadcast on HGTV. Mr. Stirling was a speaker at the

Restoration Renovation Exhibit & Conference in Boston, April 2004, delivering a seminar on Historic Home Styles – Renovations and New. He has been a guest critic at RISD, Harvard Graduate School of Design and the BAC. He is a former Chair of the Winchester Design Review Committee, Director of the Winchester Historical Society and Chair of its Building Committee and former Member of the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce. His professional affiliations include the AIA, BSA, National Trust for Historic Preservation, Irish Georgian Society, Historic New England, Victorian Society in America, The Vernacular Architecture Forum and NESEA.

Studio Pilates is a unique, fully equipped STOTT Pilates studio in the heart of Winchester Center. We have all the equipment you may have heard about and might be curious to try - the Cadillac, Reformer, Stability Chair and the Barrels. All instructors are STOTT trained and certified. We strive to challenge, motivate and inspire our clients. We specialize in Small Group Classes, Private and Semi-Private training. In addition, we also offer Group Mat Class limited to 10-12 students.

Small Group Classes have 3 to 4 students and are progressive, changing as the group develops strength and knowledge. Small Groups are Reformer

based but can include Matwork, Arc Barrel, Foam Roller and BOSU. Small Groups run on 6 week terms. Private and Semi-Private training sessions are tailored to the goals and interests of the students and are customized by the instructor. Private sessions can include the full variety of STOTT Pilates equipment.

Angela founded Studio Pilates in 2007. Prior to going out on her own, Angela worked as Pilates Director and Instructor at Body Access formerly in Arlington, MA. Angela lives in Winchester and loves being part of the town's small business community and being a resource to the town's residents.
