Shield System opened its doors at its first location in 1968.With over 40 years of continued service, we are one of the longest operating car washes in Massachusetts. Our business was founded on the principal that cleaning cars should be quick and convenient for the customer while simultaneously providing our customers the highest quality of service available. Cleaning cars is our passion. All of our equipment is thoroughly researched and selectively integrated in our car washes ensuring safe and effective cleaning of all

automobile finishes. What this means to the customer is simply the cleanest, driest, shiniest car every time you visit.

Shield System Car Wash has supported the Winchester community for many years. We have collaborated with local youth groups to foster fundraising activities and supported local school events. We look forward to servicing your car care needs.

We specialize in diamonds, platinum, 18 karat gold jewelry, jewelry repair and watch repair.

I am a Director of the Winchester Chamber of Commerce, past president of New England Jewelers and a former Director of Jewelers of America. We belong to The Jewelers Vigilance Committee, Jewelers Board of Trade, and the Responsible

Jewelery Council (an international organization concerned about the ethical and environmental issues within the industry). I felt so strongly about the ethics within the industry that I went to Washington to successfully lobby our legislatures for the passage of the Kimberley Process, which prohibits the trading of "conflict diamonds". I have a Certificate on Diamond grading from the Gemological Institute of America, have been certified by the Bulova School on quartz watch repair, and have been certified as a senior management professional by the Jewelers of America. We are very fortunate to not only enjoy what we do but also to have done it in Winchester.
