The Christian Science Reading Room in Winchester Center is a unique space for members of the community to use for daily stress reduction, meditation, spiritual study and prayer.

Open to all, we guarantee that we will not interfere with your quiet need. We recognize that each person is in his/her own spiritual place. The Reading Room is open from 10 to 4 weekdays and Saturdays from 10 to 1. In it you will find soft leather chairs for reading, Bibles and Bible research materials, published writings from other spiritual searchers and a lending library. Pamphlets and CD's of spiritual music are sold at our retail desk.We also have children's Bible story books.

The Pultzer Prize-winning newsmagazine The Christian Science Monitor is available to read or to purchase. Dedicated to world peace and understanding, this news source has the motto, "To injure no man, but to bless all mankind." Visitors from many different backgrounds and cultures are comfortable in our Reading Room. We carry Bibles and Bible literature in several languages.
